About Me

A Bucks County resident for fifteen years, Margo has global experience that allows her to be sensitive to the many and varied aspects of relocation.  Margo has lived in Utah, San Francisco and New York here in the states, and in Belgium, abroad.  This personal experience, involving corporate relocations and being an expatriate, has given Margo first hand knowledge of the many fine points to consider while finding the perfect house to call home. 

Having held diverse management positions in finance and administration for Fortune 500 companies, Margo approaches Real Estate with thoughtful professionalism. Her organizational, negotiation and management skills enable Margo to provide her clients with exceptional service. 

Since becoming a real estate agent in 2001, Margo is proud to have built a base of repeat business and referrals with both buying and selling clients.  Margo provides her sellers with professional guidance on how to best stage their home, assess the changing market and how to evaluate and negotiate offers.  Margo works carefully to help her buyers find their perfect home.  She guides them through the negotiation and inspection processes and genuinely cares about their long-term happiness with a property. 

Having experience with both first-time home buyers and multi-million dollar estate sellers, Margo has the distinction of being selected by readers of Philadelphia Magazine as an ‘outstanding realtor’ as a part of the Five Star Real Estate Agent program for four consecutive years.. Margo is licensed in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, guiding both sellers and buyers in the communities on either side of the Delaware River Valley.
