Raised in Bucks County, Evan graduated from Central Bucks High School East as well as Delaware Valley College with a Bachelors of Science in Agriculture and Environmental Science. Soon after graduation, Evan acquired a sequence of Insurance and Securities licenses, handling everything from Individual Health coverage to complex Estate planning.
